End-User License Agreement — Aviagroup Bookkeeping Export

This software application ("the App") is developed and operated internally by Aviagroup LTD (Malta, VAT MT27587319) for the sole purpose of exporting accounting data from Aviagroup LTD's QuickBooks Online subscription to internal archival storage.
1. Scope of use
The App is private and used exclusively by authorized personnel of Aviagroup LTD. It is not distributed, licensed or made available to any third party.
2. Data handling
The App reads accounting records from QuickBooks Online via the official Intuit API using OAuth 2.0 authorization granted by an authorized Aviagroup LTD user. Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by Aviagroup LTD and is not transmitted to any external service except the official Intuit API endpoints.
3. Limitation of liability
The App is provided "as-is" for internal bookkeeping migration. Aviagroup LTD assumes responsibility for the handling of its own data exported through the App.
4. Termination
Authorization for the App can be revoked at any time from QuickBooks Online → Settings → Apps → Connected Apps.
