Privacy Policy — Aviagroup Bookkeeping Export

This privacy policy applies to the internal software application ("the App") developed by Aviagroup LTD (Malta, VAT MT27587319) to export accounting data from its own QuickBooks Online subscription.
1. Data collected
The App accesses the following data via the official Intuit QuickBooks Online API, strictly within Aviagroup LTD's own company file:
- Chart of accounts, customers, vendors
- Invoices, bills, payments, journal entries, transfers
- Financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger)
- Attachments associated with the above
2. Purpose
The data is used solely for internal archival and reconciliation prior to migrating to a different accounting platform.
3. Storage
Exported data is stored on infrastructure controlled by Aviagroup LTD (encrypted at rest). No data is transmitted to third parties.
4. Retention
Archives are retained for the period required by Maltese tax law (currently 7 years).
5. Rights
The data subject (Aviagroup LTD) controls all exported data directly. Authorization to the App can be revoked at any time via QuickBooks Online → Settings → Apps → Connected Apps.
