It should be noted that it is imperative to pass all Module 9 exams,\u00a0 the essay and Multiple choice, before June 2024.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>After June 2024:<\/strong> The essay will no longer be required, simplifying the structure. As with Module 9, it is essential to pass all the exams.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>After June 2024<\/strong>: The <strong>essay is no longer required<\/strong>, and the <strong>multiple-choice<\/strong> test will be extended by<strong> 4 additional questions<\/strong>, for a total duration of <strong>55 minutes.<\/strong><\/span><\/li><\/ul><h3><b>Module 7 &#8211;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Maintenance<\/strong><\/span><\/b><\/h3><div><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0Module 7 will see a number of significant <strong>adjustments from June<\/strong>, aimed at <strong>simplifying<\/strong> the <strong>validation and conversion<\/strong> process between levels<strong> B1 (Mechanical)<\/strong> and <strong>B2 (Electrical)<\/strong>. Before this date, Module 7 was divided into two distinct levels: <strong>M7 B1<\/strong> (Mechanical) and<strong> M7 B2<\/strong> (Electrical), each requiring the successful completion of a <strong>multiple-choice examination<\/strong> and an <strong>essay<\/strong> to <strong>obtain the respective certification<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For candidates wishing to <strong>convert from M7 B1 to M7 B2 before June,<\/strong> there are two situations: <\/span><\/p><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If M7 B1 certification was obtained before June and you wish to convert before June, you will need to take a conversion sub-module, which is module 7.4, comprising an eight-question multiple-choice test. <\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, if you wish to convert after June, two sub-modules will be required, M7.14.3 and M7.21.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For <strong>conversion from M7B2 to M7 B1<\/strong>,\u00a0 There is no conversion. Candidates must therefore<strong> pass the M7 B1 essay and multiple-choice<\/strong> questions to <strong>obtain certification.<\/strong> It is important to note that <strong>partial validation of the exams is not sufficient<\/strong>. Indeed, in order <strong>to validate the entire M7 B1 or M7B2, it is necessary to pass the multiple-choice questions and the essay .<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>If you fail to pass both exams before June,<\/strong> <strong>you will have to repeat the entire module.<\/strong> If you have passed your Module 7 without validating the whole module, we strongly recommend that you validate the entire Module 7 before June, to avoid any complications. Firstly, the essay will be removed from Module 9 and 10. In addition, for M7 B1 level , the conversion exam for M7B2 will no longer be required. Sub-module 7.4 will be deleted, permitting an automatic conversion to M7 B2, avoiding the need for an additional examination. However, this automation does not apply to conversion from M7B2 to M7 B1.
